Jimmy Fallon certainly doesn’t shy away from making himself the butt of the joke. But when he posted this prom photo, fans found it especially hilarious. Today Jimmy is famous thanks to his role as host on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as well as his work as a cast member on Saturday Night Live.

But back in high school, Fallon looked quite a bit different thanks to his extremely pale skin. He proudly captioned this shot, “My date went tanning the night before. I did not.” Although he looks quite dapper in his suit, it’s hard not to notice that Fallon looks as if he’s never been touched by the sun!
