36. Everything Must Fry, No Exceptions
One morning, I assume, someone woke up with the desire for fried chicken but also steak. The obvious solution, of course, was to coat a piece of steak in breading and fry it, and thus steak fried chicken was born!

It turns out there is something very similar that is popular throughout most of Latin America, known as Milanesa. Originating in Argentina, this dish involves using various kinds of meats but is typically thinly cut steaks that are then breaded and fried. Looks kind of like schnitzel.
