Open House: Real Estate Agents Share Their Juicy, Comical, and Ludicrous Stories

It’s pretty unsurprising that this realtor didn’t manage to sell this house, considering what they found inside. That is one heck of a nasty surprise to find! I can’t even begin to imagine what the smell must’ve been like, considering the body was there for two weeks in extreme heat.

Honestly, I don’t think that there’s much that you could actually do with a house like this when something awful has happened. The best thing I can think of is to just demolish the home entirely, as nobody will want to move into a place with this sort of dark history.
