Some people love candied fruit, while others despise it and everything to do with it. If you’re one of those people who love candied cherries, pineapples, and more, then you probably love all the fruitcakes that start circulating around the holiday season. Someone posted their first attempt at making a pineapple upside-down cake, and to be honest, we don’t think it looks half bad!

The only “fail” behind this bake is the story behind it. Apparently, this girl stuck cans of candied cherries and pineapples into her boyfriend’s stocking. He was super confused as to why they were in his stocking until she explained that she was going to bake for him. Overall, this is a really sweet story and holiday bake.
